*INSPECTIONS DO NOT INCLUDE RADON OR WATER TESTING* - All inspections include a VISUAL inspection for WDI/WDO presence (previous or current), but for peace of mind I always strongly suggest a licensed contractor perform a professional inspection. - Thermal imaging is included in all inspection prices. Many inspectors will charge for this as an ancillary service; however, I include it because it helps protect the client. - Detached garages are usually an upcharge for most inspectors, but I throw that in if the house has one... unless it has an apartment; in which case the charge would be +$100 if it is a 1 bedroom, or studio, and +$250 if more than one bedroom. I utilize much of the code of conduct by InterNACHI standards, which are higher than that of NYS.
