What We Do
PRE-LISTING INSPECTION
Let an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector® inspect it before you even list it. A Move-In Certified® home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified® Seller's Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Show prospective buyers that you are dealing in good faith. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home inspected now.
DRONE INSPECTIONS
We provide quality drone service with quality drones. We don't show up with a toy and take pictures or videos that's totally useless when you're looking for clarity. WATER QUALITY TESTING
Before you buy or sell a home, it's a good idea to have the water tested just so you know exactly what's running through the pipes your family is drinking and bathing in. Municipal water supply is generally not tested, however, some home loans require it regardless. For peace of mind, knowledge is power. Inquire for details.

Appraisals are an important step with purchasing a home. They help sellers, buyers and the institutions lending the money to purchase it. Many things are taken into consideration, i.e., market, the structure, upgrades, repairs (or lack thereof) just to name a few. Experience is key here.

Please note: A NYS home inspector can NOT do any work on a home they inspect for a period of 12 months from the time of inspection.
